At Accès Infirmières, our mental health SNP is trained to supervise various screening tests for ADHD and anxiety, as well as treat these disorders.
No prescription required
You do not need a doctor's prescription to take the screening tests for ADHD and/or anxiety.

Recognize the signs
It is the duration and frequency of anxiety symptoms that determine whether it is a generalized anxiety disorder. It is diagnosed when a person worries excessively about every little detail for more than six (6) months, to the point that they are constantly on edge. In addition, other physical triggers, such as hyperthyroidism, must have been ruled out. Also, at least four (4) of the following symptoms must occur extremely often:
Fear of losing control
Fear of dying
Sweating
Heart palpitations
Breathing difficulties
Vertigo
Mouth dryness
Tremors or tingling sensations
Feelings of tightness
Pain
Nausea
Chills or hot flashes
Derealization or depersonalization
Constant tension
Agitations
Difficulties swallowing
Difficulty concentrating
Mild irritability
Sleep disorders
ADD/ADHD
Recognize the signs
ADHD is a neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by attention deficit (ADD) and/or hyperactivity-impulsivity (ADHD). This disorder manifests itself in different behaviors, but to be diagnosed, these manifestations must be significant enough to interfere with social or academic functioning, must occur in at least two different contexts (school, family, sports, work), and must not be explained by another disorder, such as an anxiety disorder.
