Need a healthcare professional to help you learn, understand and manage your anxiety, stress and/or suicidal thoughts?
The Accès Infirmières team offers you structured sessions to identify your stress and anxiety triggers, in order to build a proactive, personalized intervention plan. From assessing life situations and emotional states, to proposing ways and means to better understand oneself and better manage stress, we offer a complete range of services. The services offered by the team provide alternative or complementary solutions to traditional medication.
If you or someone close to you is experiencing suicidal ideation, and you're at the end of your rope, contact our team for effective, rapid and confidential support.

Are you showing signs of stress or anxiety?
As soon as you experience one or more symptoms of anxiety, or simply symptoms of stress, it's important to address them immediately so they don't develop into generalized anxiety disorder.
A consultation with your nurse will enable you to manage your condition effectively, help you feel better quickly, and teach you stress and anxiety management techniques so you can feel good in all circumstances. She will work with you to identify triggers and give you the tools you need to prevent them.

What does the program include?
- Three (3) one-hour consultations
- Three (3) 30-minute consultations
- Six (6) follow-up support calls
