How it works

Following the announcement of the diagnosis by your doctor, we will provide you with more information: possible risks, ways to avoid complications, available treatments, how the upcoming tests will work, and what to expect.
We teach you about this disease and all its aspects so that you can better cope with it.
Learn about the next steps
Exams, treatments, exam preparation, medical procedures, etc.
Provide information on how to slow the progression of the disease and minimize symptoms
Follow-up with your doctor
For up to six (6) follow-ups.
Support in making appointments with a doctor in case of complications
For up to six (6) appointments.
Management of all your medical appointments
For an unlimited number of appointments.

Dealing with a common diagnosis
What does the program include?
- Support for one (1) year regarding this illness
- Two (2) one-hour consultations
- Four (4) 20-minute consultations or eight (8) 10-minute phone consultations with the nurse
- Management of all your medical appointments (unlimited)
- Follow-up phone call

Our services are offered in our clinic and satellite clinic as well as in your home. Appointments preferred.
