Minor emergency
Treatment for sore throat
Need to confirm a throat infection and get treatment if you have one?
The Accès Infirmières team assists clients with a physical assessment and throat swab to confirm whether or not strep is present. If the test is positive, a prescription for antibiotics is issued and sent directly to the client's pharmacy so that the prescription can be filled. The entire process is quick and painless.
