Yes, we can offer you a same-day appointment.
During the appointment, if you need a prescription, the nurse can prescribe certain medications for certain illnesses. If she cannot prescribe, she will send or give you a memo to give to your family doctor or the doctor of your choice. If you don't have a doctor, or if your doctor can't give you an appointment, we'll contact your doctor to inform him or her of the situation, or we'll find you a doctor via telemedicine at an additional cost.

The answer is yes, we can prescribe for a wide variety of infections and more.
The answer is yes, with the exception of injections, which must be performed under ultrasound.

Yes, there is no limit and fees are charged per visit.
Ear cleaning
This is not recommended to avoid the risk of complications. However, it is possible to try it and stop if we find that it could be dangerous.
Cleaning the Pessary
A pessary is prescribed by a doctor to treat prolapse of the bladder, uterus, vagina or rectum. It's a ring-, cube- or disk-shaped silicone object inserted into the vagina to support the organs. It is held in place by the pelvic muscles.
Treatment of warts, acrochordons and keratosis
Depending on the shape of the wart and the treatment, it may take several consultations to completely burn off the affected area, or to kill off the roots of a wart.
Yes, depending on each person's tolerance threshold.
A doctor's assessment with a prescription ensures that there is no cancer or significant skin problem.
The answer is no, but the SNP can prescribe and treat a wide range of skin problems.

Yes, some of our nurses have worked at Ste-Justine Children's Hospital, as well as having received training and coaching specific to children. They are nurses who have lived the experience of being mothers, and some have experienced major health problems with their own children.

As a general rule, appointments can be made on the same day or within a week.
Yes, with the private laboratory, but you must request this in advance.
Saturday appointments are also possible with the public laboratory.
Yes, all your test results are forwarded to your prescribing physician.
Public laboratory: 3 days to 4 weeks.
Private laboratory: same day to less than 1 week. Specific tests may take a little longer.

Depending on what is prescribed, the consumption of food and/or beverages may affect results.
Yes, we have several needle gauges for blood sampling. It is not advisable to use butterfly needles because they can falsify tests. If you absolutely must have a butterfly needle, just ask your nurse and she'll be happy to use it for you.
Yes, all our nurses are highly experienced and skilled with IVs. They have all received appropriate, personalized training to provide you with gentle, pain-free, quality treatment.
We are a private clinic and operate outside the public network. All operating costs to provide you with fast, quality service are covered by the fees you pay.
Yes, we can if we use the private laboratory, because our maximum number of samples is reached every day for the public laboratory.

Yes, if your doctor has prescribed a test lasting less than 48 hours, we can perform a 48-hour test or send a fax to obtain a change in the prescription.
